Background: The cesarean delivery rate has been increasing all over the world last few years.There is a change in mindset due to women's role, let alone perception stating that can decrease risk of having pelvic floor dysfunction and maintain sexual functions.Therefore, women think good choice for delivery, even it no indications.This study aimed at analyzing providing quantitative data by comparing dyspareunia based on FSFI scores between section vaginal delivery.Method: systematic search was done Medical Database (PUBMED, Google Scholar, Cochrane) archives RSUD Dr. Soetomo.The inclusion criteria consisted (1) observational with following keywords ''cesarean section'', '', ''vaginal birth'', delivery'', ''dyspareunia'', ''FSFI'',(2) included papers could be accessed completely, had obtained analyzed accurately.Result: Twelve studies toward 2144 patients analyzed.The score after 3-month Mean Difference (MD) 0.18 95% CI -0.19 0.54 (p-value 0.35).The 6-month 0.43 -0.28 1.14 0.23).Meanwhile, 12-month 0.12 -0.23 0.48 0.50).From those three forest plots, diamonds were tangent vertical line (no effect) p > 0.05, so inferred significant statistical difference found experimental group (cesarean section) control (vaginal delivery).Those heterogeneous since I 2 more than 50%.Conclusion: This meta-analysis concludes there tendency 3-month, 6-month, post dypareunia lower but it's not staistically significant.
