Ganoderma species have been studied for their pharmacological approaches, such as anticancer, antitumor, antiproliferative, and antioxidant activity. Elicitors are used to increase bioactive composite production. This study aims evaluate the antiproliferative activity of ethanolic extracts from mycelium tuberculosum (G. tuberculosum) grown in a liquid medium with vineyard pruning waste (VPW) elicitors. Ethanolic aqueous VPW contain resveratrol dimer 4, tetramer 1, naringenin, while toluene chloroform tetradecanoic acid, hexadecanoic octadecanoic acid. Polar nonpolar could be promising elicitors increasing molecules. Catechin gallate showed highest correlation ( r = 0.66) biomass. Mycelial G. (native strain Sonoran Desert) lucidum ) (control) were analyzed by ESI‐IT‐MS, 27 molecules identified two species. They against A549 C‐33 A cell lines but not ARPE‐19. culture had quinic ganodermenonol, ganoderic acid I (GA‐I), C2 (GA‐C2), 20‐hydroxylucidenic P, among others. Molecular docking GA‐I, GA‐C2 demonstrates significant interaction tumor necrotic factor (TNF‐ α ). These sources triterpenoids. Their did change between or treatment. Likewise, only affected cancer lines. property seems applications these fungal extracts.
