Public sector efficiency in Somalia is critically low due to weak governance and poor administration, leading inadequate public services citizen dissatisfaction. This study examines how accountability influences service delivery the Banadir region, focusing on two key factors: responsiveness transparency. A correlational research design was used, with data collected from 315 respondents. The analysis conducted using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). results show a positive moderate relationship between quality (r = 0.52, p < 0.01) transparency 0.471, 0.01). These findings emphasize importance of both improving efficiency. recommends by making more accessible adaptable ensuring timely delivery. It also suggests increasing providing clear, reliable, information about procedures costs build trust improve outcomes.
