With the rapid advancement of digitalization and an aging population, China faces unprecedented challenges in older adults' digital cultural adaptation. The "54th Statistical Report on China's Internet Development" reveals that individuals aged 60 above constitute 14.3% total internet users. However, significant barriers persist their participation, necessitating a deeper understanding adaptation process needs. This study employs KANO model to assess A 205 respondents participated questionnaire survey, with data analyzed using highest frequency method Better-Worse coefficient. categorizes needs into three dimensions: must-be requirements, one-dimensional attractive requirements. findings indicate that: 1. Older comprise requirements (basic functional design, 47.8%), (social 36.1%), (innovative experiences, 66.8%). 2. Intergenerational cognitive differences, skill levels, urban-rural divide significantly impact process. 3.
