COVID-19 has brought unprecedented challenges and exacerbated existing work-related struggles resulting in heightened occupational stress impacted work performance among health caregivers. This study utilised the transactional model of coping to explore strategies adopted by radiology caregivers during pandemic with aim provide baseline data for enhancing preparedness development interventions support staff future crises.
