Social networks consist of a group individuals connected by family, work, or other interests and facilitated an online structure platform. They are also relatively recent widely used marketing phenomenon that is constantly evolving. The healthcare field includes professions such as social biology, biomedicine, physical education, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, medicine, veterinary nutrition, dentistry, psychology, occupational therapy. present study aimed to analyze the influence in process finding selecting professionals. methodology was survey using structured questionnaire created on Google Forms. Descriptive research carried out with non-probabilistic convenience snowball sampling, followed quantitative data analysis. Social media is emerging as a new avenue for hospitals and patients to solicit input on the quality of care. However, social data unstructured enormous in volume. Moreover, no empirical research use perceived hospital care based patient online reviews has been performed Malaysia. The purpose this study was investigate determinants positive sentiment expressed Facebook Malaysia, well association between accreditation sentiments reviews. From 2017 2019, we retrieved comments from 48 official public hospitals' pages. We used machine learning build analyzer service (SERVQUAL) classifier that automatically classifies SERVQUAL dimensions. utilized logistic regression analysis determine our goals. evaluated total 1852 detected 72.1% 27.9% negative classified 240 tangible, 1257 trustworthy, 125 responsive, 356 assurance, 1174 empathy using classifier. The global healthcare industry is undergoing a significant transformation driven by technological advancements and evolving patient expectations. This study aims to analyze the challenges adaptations of digital marketing strategies in Indonesian hospitals, emphasizing transformative impact platforms like YouTube Instagram on engagement service delivery. Background During the COVID-19 pandemic, social media and web-based platforms were widely used to promote medicinal substances. To assess community perspectives on drug promotions media, we conducted qualitative research using three workshops. The workshops aimed highlight public understanding of advertising focusing perceptions promotions, their risks benefits. Discussions importance adhering national regulation policies World Health Organisation ethical criteria for promotion, advertisement, publicity medicines. Methods Participants purposively sampled from local youth groups healthcare facilities. Two included ten young adults aged 18-35, while third workshop involved professionals one traditional healer. Results study participants’ highlighted value honesty trust in promotions. Gaps conduct observed concerns raised about reliability information omission valuable details advertisements. Conclusion Individuals have a right informed choices that ensure health safety. This has need transparency accountability pharmaceutical complementary medicine marketing media. Collaboration is needed between regulatory bodies, companies, providers members, make sure upholds standards health.
