Background: Improving the health status of users through use digital information systems has drawn attention practitioners and academics under tide revolution, specifically in time global pandemic COVID-19, as a result, online medical consultation developed rapidly. Purpose: Empirical studies, however, are lacking terms gaining insight into system driven by revolution COVID-19 identifying factors for retaining encouraging their continuing use. To solve this problem, study seeks to explore that influence users’ intention system. Methods: This extended Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT) model introducing components perceived risks model. Structural equation modeling was adopted evaluate research based on an empirical survey 241 China. Results: As indicated results, continuance usage behavior is shaped facilitating conditions, with effort expectancy, social influence, ease enjoyment exerting indirect positive effects via In contrast, risk cost have negative impact behavior. Conclusion: The findings can not only help better understand towards further tap potential market but also make up short traditional technology acceptance explanatory UTAUT Keywords: system, medical, behavior,

Background The healthcare sector is experiencing rapid digital advancements, with patients increasingly seeking quick and seamless interactions. Artificial intelligence (AI)-driven chatbots are becoming an integral part of elderly care, transforming provider-patient engagement supporting health behavior goals tailored to individual preferences, needs, limitations. Methods This study developed a comprehensive research framework incorporating various theoretical perspectives explore the determinants sustained use AI-powered among older adults. also examined mediating influence perceived humanness. model was evaluated using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) on cross-sectional data collected from 158 individuals aged 60 above. Results findings show that satisfaction significantly influenced by facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, confirmation, performance expectancy, effort expectancy. Perceived security plays critical role in shaping intention continue these chatbots. Moreover, analysis revealed humanness mediates relationship between continuous intentions users Saudi Arabia. Discussion provides valuable insights into factors influencing adults’ acceptance AI Arabia, particularly post-COVID-19 era.
