BACKGROUND Digital inclusion is considered a pivotal social determinant of health, particularly for older adults who may face significant barriers to digital access due physical, sensory, and limitations. Avatar Global Access Technology Healthy Aging (AGATHA) virtual healthy aging coach developed by the World Health Organization address these challenges. Designed as comprehensive coach, AGATHA comprises gamified platform that covers multiple health-related topics modules aimed at fostering user engagement promoting aging. There is a growing literature on the role of mobile health applications (mHealth apps) in supporting older adults and self-management personal health.
