BACKGROUND Rotator cuff (RC) disorders are the most common cause of shoulder pain, with a prevalence that increases age. RC tears significantly impact patients' quality life and pose substantial economic burden due to high surgical rehabilitation costs. Traditional in-person can be challenging for many patients logistical barriers. Telerehabilitation, which delivers services remotely, has emerged as potential alternative, yet its effectiveness postoperative repair remains uncertain. OBJECTIVE The primary aim our study is evaluate telerehabilitation recovering from surgery. METHODS This followed PRISMA guidelines systematic reviews meta-analyses. A comprehensive literature search was conducted across PubMed, EMBASE, MEDLINE, CENTRAL, CINAHL, Web Science English-language publications up July 1, 2024. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) evaluating telerehabilitation's were included. Data extracted on characteristics, interventions, outcomes, risk bias. outcome Constant-Murley Shoulder Outcome Score (CM score) ; secondary outcomes included Disabilities Arm, Shoulder, Hand (DASH) score and, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Meta-analyses using random-effects model. RESULTS yielded 1387 articles, reduced 925 after excluding duplicates ineligible records. Screening led 33 full-text 6 met inclusion criteria. RCTs 388 participants post-RC repair, various interventions such mobile applications, videotape, telephone calls, gamification. PEDro scores ranged 4 8 out 10. Two studies four had some concerns according ROB2. No significant differences found between control groups in CM score, DASH VAS. CONCLUSIONS Telerehabilitation viable alternative traditional showing comparable improvements functional recovery pain management. Abstract At-home rehabilitation for post-stroke patients presents significant challenges, as continuous, personalized care is often limited outside clinical settings. Additionally, the absence of comprehensive solutions addressing diverse needs in home environments complicates recovery efforts. Here, we introduce a smart platform that integrates wearable sensors, ambient monitoring, and large language model (LLM)-powered assistance to provide seamless health monitoring intelligent support. The system leverages machine learning enabled plantar pressure arrays motor assessment (94% classification accuracy), eye-tracking module cognitive evaluation, sensors precise control (100% operational success, < 1 s latency). LLM-powered agent, Auto-Care, offers real-time interventions, such reminders environmental adjustments, enhancing user satisfaction by 29%. This work establishes fully integrated long-term, rehabilitation, offering new possibilities managing chronic conditions supporting aging populations.

Background Detecting early changes in walking speed can allow older adults to seek preventative rehabilitation. Currently, there is a lack of consensus on which assessments use assess and how continuously monitor outside the clinic.
