Results demonstrated excellent internal reliability, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient exceeding 0.92 both PU PEU. Exploratory analysis identified two domains, PEU, explaining 81.17% variance, loadings ranging from 0.661 0.912. Confirmatory (CFA) confirmed two-factor model, standardized between 0.80 0.95, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) Root Mean Square Error Approximation (RMSEA) 0.084. Conclusion proves be valid evaluating offers potential future research practical applications, providing valuable insights implementation inform strategies advancing equity globally.
