Purpose: This study aims to analyze the medium‐term effectiveness of telerehabilitation in enhancing quality life for patients with Long COVID, using a mobile application (APP) called ReCOVery APP. The secondary purpose is identify significant factors associated an improvement and other outcomes this population. Methods: A randomized clinical trial was carried out two parallel groups involving total 100 COVID. first one (control group, n = 48) continued their usual treatment (TAU), established by primary care doctor. second (intervention 52), addition continuing TAU, attended three sessions based on motivational methodology used APP 6 months. outcome life. Results: After months, did not significantly improve among COVID patients. Poor adherence observed participants who tried it. Linear regression analyses revealed relationship between decrease number symptoms mental health–related quality. Conclusions: While research contributes valuable insights into potential patients, lack underscores need future large‐scale studies. To evaluate telehealth program called Nourish to Flourish (N2F) for patients with long COVID, three researchers conducted qualitative analysis of pre- post-group individual interviews. Twenty-five provided interviews, which fifteen included Main themes were unpredictable symptom patterns, common range emotions associated COVID experience, reconceptualizing self-identity, multiple barriers conventional settings, connections formed N2F. Although symptoms varied, N2F participants found commonalities their experiences living COVID. They empathized one another regarding changing symptoms, inconsistent social support, shifting identities, effective care.

Background/Objectives: This study investigates the effects of multidisciplinary telerehabilitation for post-COVID-19 condition. Methods: Recruitment was announced during 2021/22 through COVID patient organisation in Sweden. The key inclusion criteria were persistent symptoms and functional impairments longer than 12 weeks after an acute SARS-CoV-2 infection, a stable health condition, satisfactory skills to use Internet. Participants randomised into rehabilitation group or waiting list. Telerehabilitation performed by team. Measured outcomes included health- pain-related parameters disability eight when followed up six months. Results: In total, 164 participants registered study. Of them, 67 participated eight-week programme (mean age 43, 78% women) 42 stayed on list 47, 88% weeks. Sixty from 21 completed data at six-month follow-up. results show greater improvements both within months (Cohen’s d effect size varied between moderate large). These issues, often linked altered nociceptive processing, impair quality of life are exacerbated in severe cases by intensive care unit-acquired weakness from immobilization mechanical ventilation. Early rehabilitation, particularly pulmonary rehabilitation (PR), is crucial for mitigating these effects.
