This study aims to describe the long-term changes in knowledge of, and attitudes towards, COVID-19 its preventive measures northern Spain. Objectives To evaluate short-term changes in knowledge and attitude towards COVID-19 preventive measures during the post-acute phase of pandemic Spain. Methods A survey was performed Catalonia Navarre between May-2022 July-2023 household contacts cases. Knowledge were assessed at baseline three months, using a Likert scale. Responses grouped according to correct or incorrect. Results At baseline, 172 subjects contacted, 118 (69%) which completed follow-up interview months later. hand-washing mask protocols had maintained over time (−1.7%, p = 0.553 − 2.5%, 0.473, respectively). Attitudes toward adequate first (86%), but attitudes regarding use face masks decreased significantly (−9.1%, 0.048) participants with higher risk severe COVID-19. BREVES RESUMENFundamento.Describir el nivel de conocimiento y actitudes sobre la COVID-19 sus medidas preventivas en contactos domiciliarios casos tras fase aguda pandemia.Métodos.Encuesta a realizada centros salud Navarra (1) Cataluña (8) entre mayo/2022 julio/2023.Se evaluó uso y, mediante 12 ítems, los conocimientos frente COVID-19.Resultados.Participaron 215 que usaron correctamente las (>85%), exceptuando mascarilla (35,8%) distancia interpersonal (47%); >85% mostraron adecuados 5/6 ítems >80% actitud positiva 3/6 ítems.El 54,7% consideró influyó negativamente su vida 54,1% es mejor desarrollar inmunidad enfermando vacunación.Conclusiones.Los un correcto una preventivas.Palabras claves.
