Telemedicine
has
the
potential
to
support
healthy
aging
in
older
adults;
however,
many
applications
fail
consider
their
specific
needs
and
preferences,
resulting
a
limited
number
of
effective
options.
This
study
systematically
reviews
existing
literature
on
interface
design
elements,
attempts
link
elements
with
Technology
Acceptance
Model
(TAM),
evaluates
usability
for
elderly
population,
highlights
social
sustainability
telemedicine
systems.
A
comprehensive
search
was
conducted
across
Web
Science,
Scopus,
PubMed,
CINAHL
databases
identify
research
pertaining
factors
influencing
usability,
evaluation
methodologies,
recommendations
interfaces
specifically
designed
adults.

41
studies
were
analyzed,
yielding
summary
methodologies
from
four
key
dimensions:
functional
framework,
interaction
logic,
visual
design,
user
experience.
Our
analysis
identified
prevalent
challenges
provided
actionable
recommendations.
Although
majority
focused
testing,
there
notable
gap
addressing
cognitive
emotional
users.
Furthermore,
fell
short
offering
detailed
examination
relevant
