BACKGROUND Background: The accelerated aging process in Latin American countries, along with the lack of effective public health strategies to control risk factors, has led an increased prevalence non-communicable diseases (NCD) like cardiovascular and dementia, raising number older adults living a disability. Mobile (mHealth) applications offer promising opportunities encourage healthy lifestyles bridge implementation gap prevention programs. Currently, there are no available mHealth that integrate multimodal lifestyle interventions adapted Chilean population, nor they specifically designed for adults. Evidence supporting their effectiveness this population remains scarce.
