The physiotherapy workforce is going through a staggering period of change, amidst an evolving technological landscape. Whilst the profession has cautiously begun to embrace digital practice, there remains lack clear, evidence-based standardized guidance regarding tangible activities that demonstrate relevant clinical competence with health technologies in practice. Establish world's first international consensus on entrustable professional (EPAs) for International Delphi study experts over three rounds, establish practice EPAs and associated specifications. Fifty-five participants completed (which was 83.3% retention rate from round 1). Participants represented 16 countries. Over 50% were academics, 30% clinicians. final framework consisted nine 56 specifications highest percentage rated specification "obtaining informed consent" using health. This seminal core These materialize competency. As global attention continues increase, our will need continue mature this space. support employers, universities, peak bodies, individual physiotherapists alike develop alongside technology. With greater evidence establishment standards, confidence outcomes increase.

Background Work burden increases for physiotherapists in the primary health care sector as prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) increases. Digital technologies (DHTs) are proposed a viable solution to secure sustainability system and have shown promising results range conditions. However, little is known about use DHTs among Norway. Objective This study aimed investigate attitudes toward treating patients with MSDs care, potential facilitators or barriers adopting clinical practice. Methods An author-developed web-based questionnaire was distributed all Norwegian municipalities March 2023. The included items regarding technologies, attitudes, suitability, factors influencing adoption DHT. Suitability agreement on statements were scored an 11-point numeric rating scale (0=very unsuitable strongly disagree, 10=very suitable agree). Differences across employment sites users versus nonusers DHT analyzed using χ2 test, Fisher exact Student t Mann-Whitney U test. Results Approximately 5000 invited participate, which 6.8% (338) completed questionnaire. A total 46.2% (156/338) offered their practice, 53.2% (83/156) used it weekly basis, mostly telephone consultations (105/156, 67.3%). higher proportion private practice compared those employed by (95/170, 55.9% vs 61/168, 36.3%; P<.001). majority (272/335, 81.2%) positive recommending patients. physiotherapy rated average 6 (SD 2.1).
