<p><span><strong>ABSTRACT.</strong> Liquid organic fertilizer is in liquid form which partly or wholly derived from compounds such as plant, animal and industrial residues, solid form. The nutrients contained it are the of a very fine solution so that easily absorbed by plants, even leaves stems. Organic one to restore soil minerals physically, chemically biologically bad effects synthetic fertilizers. obtained fermentation process first, then followed anaerobic extraction process. In process, role microbes greatly determines product produced. Tofu waste made cooking residue cooked soybeans boiled water remaining tofu tends be thrown into surrounding environment. Waste contains ingredients, namely carbohydrates reaching 20-50%, protein 40-60%, 10% fat. It known this can used fermentation. substances, carbohydrates, proteins fats, fertilizer. These substances must first broken down simpler elements they plants.
