In the rapidly changing and highly competitive job market, equal employment has become an important indicator of social progress economic justice. This study aims to explore impact mechanisms support, goal orientation, career decision-making self-efficacy on college students' preparation behavior from perspective employment. Path analysis was conducted survey data 350 students, results showed that both support orientation positively influence behavior. Career fully mediates relationship between behavior, as well The finds effective strategies enhance include strengthening self-efficacy, setting specific goals, providing ample support.
