This paper applies Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to investigate potential satisfaction or dissatisfaction with service quality at the internationally recognized Nisville Jazz Festival. The research was conducted using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 20, including Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Principal Component (PCA) Varimax rotation data analysis. study involved 250 festival attendees, focusing on their motivation identification both tangible intangible attributes festival, 227 providing valid responses survey questionnaire. Service Quality Model (SERVQUAL) used identify factors. results indicate that cultural content hospitality are most important factors significantly contributing visitor positively influencing recommendations repeat visits festival. Another in is accessibility, while comfort, amenities, safety, cleanliness require improvement enhance overall experience. findings provide concrete guidelines further development enhancement tourism offerings Nis.
