Background: The risk factors, disease characteristics, severity, and mortality of COVID-19 are unclear, particularly in Egypt. Objective: objective was to analyze the patients' hematological, biochemical, chest imaging findings among cohort patients with Egypt also shed light on predictors severity. Patients Methods: A retrospective study conducted 66 Medical history, data (CT findings), measured hematological biochemical parameters at diagnosis were recorded form complete blood counts differential counts; CRP, ESR, serum ferritin, creatinine, liver function tests . Results real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) for detection SARS-CoV-2 RNA during follow up these recorded. Results: included 36 mild moderate 30 severe/critical infection. There a significant older age severe (62.6 years old ± 10.1SD) than infection (55.5 10.1) ( p ˂0.05). Fever, dry cough, dyspnea, sore throat malaise highly frequent patients, while headache diarrhea least frequently occurring manifestations. All cases (30 100%) showed crazy-paving appearance (in reticular and/or interlobular septal thickening) or without GGO. significantly lower mean values WBCs, lymphocytic count, total protein, albumin severely infected those who had infection, ˂0.05 all.
