In this digital-driven world, data privacy is of utmost importance, encompassing both individual and corporate needs. Data owners need to share their ensure that users can derive utility from it. However, releasing in its original form pose several risks. One viable solution generate synthetic datasets based on the data, ensuring they provide similar while mitigating concerns. Various methods have been adopted with use Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) being most popular approach. paper, we generated using different GAN variants evaluated performance terms privacy-utility tradeoff. We compared these against baseline case, where was released form, Gaussian copula method, which models dependence structure between multiple variables. Our analysis indicates Conditional (CTGAN) effective approach for generating tackle tradeoff problem.
