Metacognitive skills are important because they help people develop an understanding of effective strategies. This skill also helps improve one's critical thinking and creative so as to be able overcome problems in everyday life. The purpose this research is train students' metacognitive through biology learning using the EAQD-PC model (acronym exploring, analyzing, questioning, defining-peer coaching) which integrated journals (LJ). was conducted at University Muhammadiyah Bone, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Using a quantitative design, 43 students were taught by EAQD-PC-LJ. tested with essay test three times. Previous tests validated expert raters on previous batches measure empirical validity reliability. All valid reliable. results treatment showed improvement tests. findings study prove that EAQD-PC-LJ effectively used process. Learning have role tool mastery concepts knowledge.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of augmented reality (AR)-assisted e-modules improve digital literacy for students in high school Biology learning. uses a quantitative method with Quasi Experimental non-equivalent control group design . The respondents this were Aceh Province, Indonesia, as many 96 consisting 49 and 47 treatment group. Data collection questionnaire Likert Scale through pre-test post-test activities. Improving students' using N Gain criteria. data normality test Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test. homogeneity Levene If has been distributed normally homogeneously, then ANCOVA continues. analysis SPSS version 24.0. results are used basis making hypothesis decisions. showed that corrected average score class (68.465) was lower than (78.877). Based on analysis, obtained significant 0.000 or p value <0.05, so it can be said there is difference classes. means learning AR-assisted PBL model better influence alone. Further research carried out by implementing at each level critical thinking skills, creativity, outcomes.
