Metacognitive
skills
are
important
because
they
help
people
develop
an
understanding
of
effective
strategies.
This
skill
also
helps
improve
one's
critical
thinking
and
creative

as

be
able

problems

research
is
train
students'
metacognitive
through
biology
learning
using
the
EAQD-PC
model
(acronym
exploring,
analyzing,
questioning,
defining-peer
coaching)
which
integrated
journals
(LJ).

conducted
at
University
Muhammadiyah
Bone,
South
Sulawesi,
Indonesia.
Using
a
quantitative
design,
43
students
were
taught
by
EAQD-PC-LJ.

test
three
times.

tests
validated
expert
raters
on
previous
batches
