Background and aim: Without requiring any more radiographic research, dental age assessment using panoramic X-rays is particularly helpful to children dentists orthodontists when arranging treatments. The purpose of this study was evaluate the precision three contemporary radiography techniques for estimating Yemeni children's ages. Methods: methods are Demirjian’s method, Cameriere’s open apex method Al-Qahtani’s London Atlas, in Sana'a City, sample. 1200 radiographs Children (592 girls 608 boys) aged under 18 years were analyzed by methods. accuracy each assessed mean difference t-tests used assess between chronological within category. Results: Demirjian's significantly underestimated both sexes (p< 0.001), according results, with a 0.67 (a 0.69 boys 0.66 girls). With 0.93 0.92 0.94 boys), Cameriere's also (p<0.001). In contrast, only 6–6.99 7–7.99 groups showed no significant differences either or gender. Conclusion: When it came determining age, Atlas approach most accurate, followed least accurate. Furthermore, all determined be trustworthy could whose ages unknown. For every group, research larger sample needed.
