The aim. To identify the medical and social features of respiratory tuberculosis in newly diagnosed patients combination with HIV infection. Materials methods. For analysis, information was used on 1,234 verified or without infection during two follow-up periods (from January 2017 to March 2019 from November December 2021). Objectives study. conduct a dynamic analysis clinical epidemiological data infection; determine level multiple drug resistance MBT anti-tuberculosis drugs. Results discussion. A patient HIV-associated living an area high prevalence (Tomsk region) is mainly urban resident, young man aged 18–40 years, history 3 more not registered for quarter cases, severe immunodeficiency 60% cases. During observation period, proportion CD4 lymphocyte below 200 cells/ml increases (53.3% 60.9%, respectively, p=0.07), as pathogenetic result immunodeficiency, disseminated pulmonary proportionally (49.8% 63.8%, p=0.001); primary pathogen reaches frequency occurrence 43.1% TB/HIV, 23.8% (p<0.001). Conclusion. First identified HIV-infected region characterised by advanced course MDR improvement.

The peculiarities of the course epidemic process HIV infection, including formation certain risk groups by gender, age and social status, are relevant, as they allow development specific preventive measures. aim is to identify for infection among population Omsk region in 1996–2023. Data from main statistical reporting forms, Federal Register Persons Infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus, results epidemiological investigations were used analysis. analysis made it possible establish trends region. general trend decreasing morbidity has been revealed, which coincides that Russian Federation, primarily due large volume measures carried out. Changes characteristics have established — contingents injecting drug users men who sex men, prevailing at an early stage epidemic, replaced persons became sexually infected individuals opposite sex. At same time, proportion women approached men. This entailed perinatal transmission infection. introduction mandatory screening markers pregnant implementation antiretroviral prophylaxis reduced number cases newborns a minimum. An increase share rural total structure newly diagnosed people may indicate both lower awareness this problem shortcomings provision medical care, its accessibility compared urban population. prevalence HIV-infected not engaged work indicates most socially unprotected involved process, rule, ready take care their own health others, often leading antisocial lifestyle. Thus, remains one priority problems requiring integrated approach solution. conducted research relation targeted strategies should be applied.
