This study evaluates how blended learning influences student outcomes in physical education through self-efficacy and performance assessments. A mixed-methods approach was used for data collection, combining quantitative pre- post-intervention assessments of (measuring changes fitness, skills, academic outcomes) with qualitative interviews to gather insights on perceptions experiences. control group established compare the effects traditional methods learning. Ten students were randomly selected from population participate this study. Statistical techniques employed correlate results gain a comprehensive understanding are influenced by aims add empirical knowledge incorporating into its practical applications. It offers recommendations educators policymakers effectively using strategies optimize settings.
