Floods represent one of the most significant global risks, threatening human lives, infrastructure, and economic development. Although various strategies for flood water management have been developed, their effectiveness applicability vary depending on geopolitical, economic, climatic factors. This systematic review aims to analyze critically assess existing mechanisms programs focused industry engagement in risk reduction management. Through a comprehensive literature review, key identified, including nature-based solutions such as blue-green technological innovations prediction, regulatory frameworks designed strengthen cooperation between public private sectors. Special attention is given limitations previous research, methodological shortcomings, lack empirical evidence long-term effects strategies, challenges implementing policies. The findings highlight need an integrated approach that combines technical, regulatory, socio-economic more effective reduction. study contributes academic practical discussions by providing analysis current offering guidelines future research.
