Abstract Pangkah Subdistrict, strategically located next to Tegal Regency’s capital, is experiencing steady population growth. The growing and rising demand for agricultural products create competition land use. By integrating remote sensing with geographic information systems (GIS), it becomes possible evaluate land-cover changes over time, forming a foundation forecasting future use in Regency. This study examines Subdistrict the years 2007, 2015, 2023, while also predicting 2045 using Cellular Automata-Markov method. findings indicate continuous increase built-up due growth, decreases each year. modeling results will inform evaluations of spatial planning Subdistrict.

The integrated One Health approach offers a comprehensive framework to address human, animal, and environmental health interconnections, particularly within potable water systems ecosystem protection. This paper examines how an integrative can provide practical strategies for sustainable management conservation, essential ensuring safe drinking water. Healthy ecosystems vital services such as natural filtration, groundwater recharge, flow regulation, necessary maintaining Conversely, degradation polluted systems, intensify challenges economic impacts, underscoring the urgent need protection restoration. Critical in adopting include standardization of monitoring climate change community involvement. However, emerging technologies, Internet Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), remote sensing innovative tools more effective quality ecosystems, reinforcing policy frameworks community-driven efforts. Successful case studies, like Bangladesh Arsenic Mitigation Program California Wetlands Restoration, demonstrate potential improve public outcomes. Integrating management, socio-economic factors contribute solutions that promote resilience, equity, integrity. In facing increasing pressures from urbanization, it is crucial adopt collaborative, cross-disciplinary recognize interconnectedness safeguard future generations.

Abstract Vegetation density change poses a serious challenge in many areas, particularly urban areas. The main problem associated with this phenomenon is the significant decline vegetation and diversity As result, previously green lush land becomes less vegetated, resulting chain effect on ecosystem surrounding environment. This study aims to analyze relationship between changes index surface temperature Palangkaraya City per year from 2018 2022. A quantitative research method used identify features of population or sample order explain facts. scatterplot showing Land Surface Temperature (LST) Normalized Difference Index (NDVI) over five-year period, shows linear downward trendline. Pearson correlation coefficient (R 2 ), which reflects strength direction (LST), yields value below 1. Changes period 2022 show increase. Although increased, City’s had no impact it. Despite fluctuations variations NDVI LST data, analysis confirmed that two low.

Abstract As a suburban area close to Yogyakarta city, Bantul Regency had high population density. This makes the healthcare service assessment necessary ensure health facilities are accessible public and promote sustainable healthcare. Spatial analysis of services is widely done using geographic information system (GIS) technology. In particular, open-source GIS software open geospatial data create an opening broader applications for health. this study, we demonstrated use platform assess availability in study area. Six groups network were obtained from OpenStreetMap. We evaluated those availabilities considering their (1) density, (2) pattern, (3) coverage All processing steps conducted QGIS five specified plugins. Our results show that northern part higher Most facility located clustered pattern. The existing well-reachable at distance 2.5 km, especially highly populated regions. Abstract Land use change is causing higher temperatures in urban centers, posing challenges for cities seeking livability and maintainability. Urban Cool Island can improve comfort areas by directing microclimate lowering temperature rise. The impact of Surface (SUCI) on a city’s ability to withstand phenomena investigated this study. This study aims spatially analyze the spatial distribution, correlation, vegetation, surface (LST), built-up land density Intensity. method used was quantitative descriptive analysis image data, including extraction LST, NDVI, NDBI, statistical form correlation regression tests. findings indicate that Bandung City SUCI happened outside city at an intensity -7.74°C 0°C. Moderate vegetation tends be cause intensity, affecting 33.68%. Meanwhile, has effect 43.18% SUCI. Correlation show relationship between NDVI inversely proportional, while NDBI directly proportional. Denser buildings result hotter intensity.
