By addressing indicators of inefficiency at the initial COVID-19 pandemic, hospitals can immediately respond through resources. This research aims assessing efficiency both government and commercial in Indonesia during pandemic. Accounting data was collected from documentation financial statements. The analyzed by using envelopment analysis technique Tobit regression. showed that over three years hospital's rate decreased successively 100%, 86%, 76%. However, optimization hospital be significantly improved revenue factors, specifically quantifiable quantity income generated. highlighted need to increase ensure provision high-quality services general population. It is hoped this will shed light on challenges faced these difficult times provide insights for future improvements.
