This research aims to understand women's leadership in educational transformation through women leaders institutions. With this evidence, get equal opportunities receive education and become leaders. This research discusses the critical role of kyai's charismatic leadership in mitigating religious intolerance and radicalism pesantren. This research explores the transformation of Kyai Langgar's role in spreading religious values ​​amidst ever-developing social dynamics. The study aimed to identify the role of resonant leadership in promoting job empowerment among employees Palestine Technical University Kadoorie, with different variables: educational qualification, gender, staff, and experiences. researcher designed a questionnaire addressed consisting 32 items distributed on four domains: (mindfulness, hope, empathy) (career empowerment). used descriptive method. sample consisted 73 from PTUK, Ramallah branch, who were chosen randomly. results showed that employees' responses moderately all domains. there are no differences point view according qualification variable domains, opinions gender domains mindfulness, favor male. existence employees, domain empathy, favour academic employees.
