The COVID-19 crisis disrupted traditional in-school teaching, highlighting both the potential and challenges of distance learning. abrupt transition exposed unpreparedness many teachers students, emphasizing need for alternative, technology-supported methodologies. This chapter investigates blended education as an innovative approach integrating classroom online learning to enhance teaching effectiveness. Through a theoretical examination survey middle school in Albania, this study evaluates teachers' familiarity with use methods. Data collected from 212 educational stakeholders provide insights into current state ICT-supported Albania. findings suggest that, while holds promise improving outcomes, Albanian require further training, substantial upgrades ICT infrastructure are necessary implement schools fully.
