Academic stress refers to the pressure a person faces when dealing with academic demands. It is characterized by variety of reactions, including physical, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses. The aim this research empirically test extent which resilience contributes among health students taking online learning at "X" University in Bangka Belitung Islands during New Normal period. method used quantitative approach simple linear regression analysis. sample for study consisted 143 Islands, selected using cluster random sampling. Data was collected scale that measures level student resilience. results show plays negative role students' new normal higher has, lower their will be. Resilience accounts 45.2% variance stress, while remaining 54.8% influenced other variables. These findings have important implications, showing need enhance order reduce levels. In context period, can be factor helps successfully cope they face. Further holistic approaches well-being should also considered support increased reduced stress.
