Abstract This article presents a literature review and bibliometric analysis of academic research on COVID‐19 in strategy journals. The topic is highly relevant considering the importance impact pandemic companies' strategies worldwide fact that this has represented at same time danger opportunity for companies. study comprises 241 articles published peer‐reviewed journals from 2020 to first quarter 2022. Bibliometric science mapping methods apply indicators identifying most prominent journals, authors, countries, institutions, topics. approach allows highlighting five clusters journals: entrepreneurship, innovation, digital transformation, leadership, resilience. They are strongly interrelated, shows there still many areas further within outside these clusters. context offers perfect conditions test theories implement new projects high risk other events type future.

Many studies point to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on socio-economic situation countries and, consequently, achievement sustainable development goals. Although termed a health crisis, has also had an labour market. The imposed restrictions caused companies close or reduce their operations. Employees switched remote work, but often lost jobs temporarily permanently. However, market is not so obvious. This indicated by our research and that other researchers. In this paper, we used individual data unemployed registered at office in Szczecin (Poland) were thus able apply survival analysis methods. Impact of coronavirus disease on sustainable growth and food security is dramatically negative. Despite significant number publications focused issues, a deeper analysis damages activated by COVID-19 necessary. This determines the main task this research. Theoretical block study involves bibliometric relevant Scopus using VOSviewer. Empirical involves: 1) formation Food Security Index for 15 European countries based combination Principal Component Analysis, ranking, Fishburn formula additive convolution; 2) panel data regression modelling aimed at clarifying impact macroeconomic indicators healthcare expenditures during 2000–2021 (model 1), 2000–2019 2020–2021 3). Model 1 demonstrates that 1% increase in current health care leads to 0.003 units Index; dummy variable characterizing pandemic also positive. 2 similar results. 3 confirms only positive statistically trade agricultural land Index.
