Abstract As the global problems of environmental pollution and ecological degradation are becoming important obstacles to realisation sustainable development, green technological innovation (GTI) has received wide attention in academic practical communities worldwide. Commonly, GTI process can be divided into two stages: technology R&D achievement transformation. The contribution economic development protection depends a large extent on efficiency (GIE). Based panel data inputs outputs 30 provinces China from 2007 2021, this study applied super SBM model considering undesirable evaluate (GTRDE) transformation (GATE).
