The aim of this research is qualitative descriptive research, which aims to obtain a description, observing how the current leadership school principals increase standards educators and education personnel produce students who excel are able quality graduates. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, interviews. data analysis technique uses triangulation through analysis, grouping, drawing conclusions. results show that principal's has very important role in improving academic senior high schools (SMA) can be main driver achieving increased achievement. Leadership strategies implemented, including staff development, careful monitoring evaluation, student parent involvement, teamwork. Supporting factors include support from staff, adequate resources, active participation parents. Barriers need for more resources administrative challenges. Positive impact. conclusion shows effective positively impact school. It reflected improved exam results, better performance, development learning programs.

Abstract Problem-solving skills are an important basic competency in 21st-century learning through the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. However, problem-solving of students Indonesia still low. Therefore, effective model is needed to improve skills, one which development teaching modules. This study aims develop modules based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) assisted by e-books grade X high school content, construct, and language feasibility. research uses a approach with 4D model, includes stages Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. this only focuses stage (Develop) conducting module validation. The validation was conducted three validators, namely educational expert lecturers material lecturers. results showed that PBL-based had met validity criteria regarding language. By using mode value, value 4 percentage 100% were obtained very valid category. developed suitable for use trials process skills.

The purpose of this study was to examine in depth the process quality assurance and stakeholder involvement preparation SMK PK curriculum at SMKN 1 Purwosari. This study investigates the role of Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in enhancing quality culture at FKIP Universitas Kutaikartanegara Tenggarong, East Kalimantan. The primary objective is to assess how implementation this curriculum impacts teaching practices, student engagement, and overall educational quality. A qualitative research method was employed, involving interviews with faculty members, administrative staff, students, coupled observations document analysis. Data were analyzed identify supporting inhibiting factors influencing development a under new framework. findings reveal that has significantly improved Kutaikartanegara. curriculum's flexibility facilitated adoption diverse innovative methods, leading enhanced effectiveness greater engagement. The objective of this research is to evaluate the managerial influence school principals on 25 dynamic educators in implementing an independent learning curriculum across six schools Gorontalo district. study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing questionnaires and Likert scale (1-5) for data collection. Validation instruments conducted using product moment formula, reliability testing performed Cronbach alpha formula. Data analysis encompasses normality, linearity, simple regression, hypothesis facilitated by SPSS Version 24.0. Results indicate significant correlation between abilities effectiveness educator implementation curriculum, demonstrated linear regression equation: Y = 49.218 + 0.633X. Analysis processing reveals that 66.7% variance educator's performance (variable Y) influenced principal's skills X). In comparison, remaining 33.3% attributed unexamined variables.
