Abstract The simulation of investment strategies with different farm-scale scenarios has been evaluated for best management plan in cage farming business the establishment a salmon production either full capacity or progressive investment. Economical revenues were analyzed risk assessment based on operating and fixed costs each four scenarios. In theoretical model projected stimulation plans, structural elements construction an offshore Turkish farm Black Sea designed annual 4,000 tons re-scaled by 25, 50 75% reduction, corresponding to 3,000, 2,000 1,000 per year, respectively. Economic variables operational comparatively profit conditions sales harvested fish. break-even points all remarkably lower (on average 302,574.7 kg/year) than harvest yields from farms 3,702,857.1 kg/year). Based margin safety (MOS over 85%), gained net profits low risks first whether received investment, initiated reduced expenditures gradual expansion plan. Findings this study exhibit useful indications understanding stepwise plans conditions.

Abstract The current research evaluated the effects of dietary hesperidin (HSP) on growth parameters, digestive enzyme activities, innate immune markers, and antioxidant responses in rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss after 30- 60-day feeding trial. Then, specimens were subjected to Yersinia ruckeri infection for 14 days. For this, six hundred trout juveniles (initial weight; 25.49±0.40 g) fed with different levels HSP including 0 (HSP0; control), 50 (HSP50), 100 (HSP100), 150 (HSP150), 200 (HSP200) mg/kg feed. After 60 days, HSP100 supplementation significantly improved feed efficiency indices. optimal dose based regression test WG FCR detected 122 131 mg/kg, respectively. At end 30th day, HSP150 markedly boosted serum lysozyme (LYZ), myeloperoxidase (MPO), complement component C3, immunoglobulin (Ig) levels, but decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) content. In same period, administration at concentrations increased C4 (HSP150 HSP200), superoxide dismutase (SOD), skin mucus alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (HSP100–HSP200), LYZ catalase (CAT) (HSP100 150), Ig level (HSP50–HSP200). all lipase, glutathione peroxidase (GPX), ALP, LYZ, MDA, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine (ALT) values. induced a significant discrepancy activity MPO, respiratory burst (RB), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) compared control group. remarkable increase protease ACH50 CAT activities HSP150), SOD value (HSP50, HSP150, ALP HSP200). addition, supplementation, especially disease resistance against Y. infection. data demonstrated that oral 100–150 has high potential promote performance, resistance, faster induction responses.
