Abstract Aquaculture and the production of aquatic goods are rapidly growing industries in world. These involve cultivation various saltwater freshwater fish as well shellfish species, they undergo regular updates their manufacturing processes. The increasing popularity aquaculture is driven by desire to achieve long-term sustainability food production. However, intensification farming techniques can lead economic losses due mortality, which often caused infectious stressful conditions. To address this challenge, it crucial enhance immune response part sustainable management. Recently, there has been interest eco-friendly natural bioactive solutions potential alternatives synthetic compounds used for disease prevention aquaculture. Medicinal plants, available whole plant extracts, or analogues substances known phytomedicines phytopharmaceuticals, have shown high efficacy humans animals. One such medicinal Saussurea lappa , extensively utilized forms medicine treating multiple diseases. chemicals derived from S. exhibit a wide range biological activities, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, anticancer properties, along with immunostimulatory effects. Given diverse activities its responses review focuses on exploring contributions area. By examining numerous benefits applications we aim shed light role improving species.

Abstract This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding Nano-Selenium (NSe) and Nano-clay (NC) as feed supplements on European Sea Bass ( Dicentrarchus labrax ). Two separate experiments were conducted, one with NC other NSe. Each experiment consisted four sub-groups varying concentrations or The expression levels five immune-related genes TNF-α , TNF-β IL-2 IL-6 IL-12 ) measured using Real-time Quantitative PCR (Rt-PCR) Assay. results showed an increase in interleukins pro-inflammatory cytokines after exposure NSe . gene was significantly higher both 1 mg 10 highest 5 concentration NC. for NC, mg, NSe, led p < 0.05) compared control. Similar trends observed Understanding impact these expression, growth rate, biochemical indices, antioxidant status can provide valuable insights into potential applications Bass.

The Journal of Comparative Physiology lived up to its name in the last 100 years by including more than 1500 different taxa almost 10,000 publications. Seventeen phyla animal kingdom were represented. honeybee (Apis mellifera) is taxon with most publications, followed locust (Locusta migratoria), crayfishes (Cambarus spp.), and fruitfly (Drosophila melanogaster). representation species this journal past, thus, differs much from 13 model systems as named National Institutes Health (USA). We mention major accomplishments research on specific adaptations, specialist animals, for example, quantitative description processes underlying axon potential squid (Loligo forbesii) isolation first receptor channel electric eel (Electrophorus electricus) ray (Torpedo spp.). Future neuroethological work should make recent genetic technological developments available animals. There are many questions left that may be answered high yield specialists some can only specialists. Moreover, adaptations animals occupy ecological niches often lend themselves biomimetic applications. go into depth explaining our thoughts motion vision insects, sound localization barn owls, electroreception weakly fish.
