Purpose. This paper aims to explore the intersection between artificial intelligence (AI) and social responsibility (SR) through a bibliometric analysis of 779 peer-reviewed articles published from 2019 2023 in Scopus database. The study employs tools such as R Studio (Bibliometrix) VOSviewer identify key trends, influential authors, research clusters within this emerging field. Results. reveals an annual growth rate 54.46%, with significant contributions prominent authors like Gupta S, Kumar A, Mehmood R, institutions Kaunas University Technology Wuhan University. keyword highlights six main clusters: use AI resource management focus on "water" "irrigation"; topics around "AI," "sustainability," "corporate SR," "ethics"; applications "policymaking" "governance"; related "energy" "investments." Despite rapid growth, gaps persist, including lack comprehensive frameworks integrate broader SR practices, well geographic disparities, dominant countries China, USA, UK, while regions Africa Middle East remain underrepresented. Scientific novelty. contributes field by identifying critical current SR, particularly absence integrated that address ethical across multiple sectors. It also need for more geographically diverse studies calls interdisciplinary approach responsibly align practices goals. Practical value. findings underscore importance fostering is not only technologically advanced but ethically grounded, especially underrepresented regions.
