ANALYSIS AND FORECAST OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HEALTH SYSTEMS IN ROMANIA

In
this
paper,
a
statistical
analysis
is
made
of
the
health
personnel
in
Romania
public
and
private
systems
using
data
from
period
1990-2022,
provided
by
National
Institute
Statistics.
Using
least
squares
method,
analytical
functions
are
found
that
model
trend
forecasts
for
years
2023
2024.
The
confidence
intervals
predictions
also
found,
at
significance
threshold
5%,
correlations
between
certain
indicators
analysed.
It
was
sector
there
downward
trend,
general,
all
categories
medical
1990-2017,
followed
an
increasing
evolution
after
2018,
due
to
salary
increases
system.
However,
still
shortage
physicians
sector,
even
if
their
number
has
steadily
increased
last
years.
There
no
correlation
beds
hospitals,
although
should
be
positive
high.
On
other
hand,
obviously
throughout
studied
period,
very
strong
analysed
indicators,
situation
explained
fact
system
goal
minimize
expenses
increase
profit
less
access
citizens
services.

In
the
contemporary
landscape

challenges

uncertainties,
significance
national
resilience
stands
as
a
cornerstone
for
country's
ability

effectively
respond

maintain

levels
European
Union
(EU)
countries
in

Covid-19
crisis,

analysis

resilience.

achieve

objectives,

Cluster
Analysis

SPSS

Denmark
emerged
most
resilient
country,
succeeded
by
Luxembourg
Germany.

22nd
position
ranking.
