Abstract Maritime transport forms the backbone of international logistics, as it allows for transfer bulk and long-haul products. The sophisticated planning required this form transportation frequently involves challenges such unpredictable weather, diverse types cargo kinds, changes in port conditions, all which can raise operational expenses. As a result, accurate projection ship’s total time spent port, anticipation potential delays, have become critical effective activity management. In work, we aim to develop management system based on enhanced prediction classification algorithms that are capable precisely forecasting lengths ship stays delays. On both training testing datasets, XGBoost model was found consistently outperform alternative approaches terms RMSE, MAE, R2 values turnaround waiting period models. When used model, had lowest RMSE 1.29 during 0.5019 testing, also achieved MAE 0.802 0.391 testing. It highest 0.9788 0.9933 Similarly, outperformed random forest decision tree models, with greatest phases.

Abstract With the increasing demand for efficient maritime logistic management, industries are striving to develop automation software. However, collecting data analytics from diverse sources like shipping routes, weather conditions, historical incidents, and cargo specifications has become a challenging task in distribution environment. This challenge gives rise possibility of faulty products traditional testing techniques fall short achieving optimal performance. To address this issue, we propose novel decentralised software system based on Transfer Learning blockchain technology named as BETL (Blockchain -Enabled Learning). Our proposed aims automatically detect prevent vulnerabilities operational by harnessing power transfer learning smart contract-driven blockchain. The vulnerability detection process is automated does not rely manually written rules. We introduce non-vulnerability score range map effective classification factors. Additionally, ensure storage over blockchain, integrate an InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). demonstrate effectiveness integration secure conduct testbed-based experiment. results show that approach can achieve high precision (98.00%), rate (98.98%), accuracy (97.90%), F-score (98.98), which highlights its benefits enhancing safety reliability logistics processes. computational time (the approach) was improved 18.9% compared standard learning.
