This cross-sectional study explores the impact of behavioural factors on perceived stress and anxiety in COVID-19 positive negative patients Romania (N=1362). While focusing identifying main predictors, data were gathered based demographic criteria, alcohol consumption, tobacco use, scores measured with Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) among two groups inpatients: both tests. The relationship to Perceived Stress (PSS) was assessed through regression analysis. Study results suggest that group, consumption associated higher stress, while smoking lower scores. In levels predicted a high suggesting pervasive during pandemic. However, such as age, gender, income level significant predictors whereas group demographics showed no impact. Our findings maladaptive behaviours should be addressed, public health interventions considered globally mitigate post-pandemic effectively.
