Objective: Habb-e-Bukhar is a specific medication regimen in the traditional unani system for treating fever caused by conditions such as elephantiasis and intestinal diseases. It acts both an Antipyretic Diaphoretic to address acute fever. Methods: The current research aims analyze qualitative quantitative composition of assess primary secondary metabolites present sample extract. study utilized range advanced analytical methods FTIR, AAS, HPLC, GC-MS analysis. was prepared through maceration method, initial phytochemical screening revealed presence Alkaloids, Carbohydrates, Volatile oils, Flavonoids, Glycosides, Steroids, triterpenoids. Results: Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy reveals identification functional groups at wavenumbers: 3960.26 Amide, 3687.85 Alcohol, 2765.05 Aliphatic, 2099.54 Alkynes; well as, wavelength 1641.55 denoting Alkenes (C=C). Moreover, findings from Atomic Absorption spectrometer suggest that drug contains notable levels certain heavy metals, chromium 0.00642 ppm, lead 10.00 argon three ppm detected with precision their respective wavelengths. Conclusion: technique detect characterize phytochemicals found ethanolic indicated existence seven constituents.

Aim of present study was to investigate the preliminary screening aerial part Corchorus olitorius extracts for anti-inflammatory and wound-healing activity on experimental animals. Different with respective solvents i.e. petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, ethanol aqueous C. were obtained by successive solvent extraction. All screened using Xylene-induced ear edema in mice wound healing effect studied incision model mice. The weight lobes biochemical measurements, nitric oxide (NO) levels MPO tissue sample used detect effect. observed measurement tensile strength protein hydroxyproline level assessment healed tissues. Observations confirmed that extract (EECO) showed significant (p<0.05) inhibition NO decreased significantly EECO-treated Wound potential improvement as well In conclusion, found most effective through reduction
