The rapid improvement of automated equipment and innovative production lines needs increased worker awareness the development adaptive abilities, which are critical for determining competitive competence enterprises in sector. This study investigates perspectives garment industry workers on retraining skill activities to meet Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0). collected information from 117 people who now work VSIP industrial parks Hai Phong. research looks at following significant aspects: i) Employees' understanding need retraining; ii) skills necessary Industry 4.0 requirements; iii) Barriers accessing participating training programs. findings show that, while employees sector recognize importance development, several individuals help these programs due time constraints, financial a lack about opportunities. emphasizes develop that combine technical with interpersonal establish support networks businesses organizations assist (such as unions job placement centers).
