This study aims to determine the prediction of business income for Small and Medium Industries through capital, green practice adoption, leadership. The sampling technique using purposive obtained a data sample 40 respondents from population. Methods collection questionnaire method. analysis used in this is multiple linear regression. results indicate that capital variable can positively significantly predict income, adoption income. leadership although as known, working home was carried out during covid 19 pandemic. Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia untuk mengadopsi strategi go-global dalam kewirausahaan. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data dari 250 UKM beragam dikumpulkan, analisis regresi digunakan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kunci (kondisi pasar, faktor internal organisasi, kebijakan pemerintah, dampak globalisasi) melakukan internasionalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif signifikan dengan masing-masing faktor, menjelaskan dinamika kompleks internasionalisasi lanskap bisnis Indonesia. Temuan membawa implikasi bagi para pembuat kebijakan, pemilik UKM, berkontribusi pada pemahaman akademis tentang kewirausahaan global negara-negara berkembang.
