The subject of the study is ratio indicators success in career and interpersonal relationships spouses patriarchal egalitarian families. purpose was to determine direction nature changes marital relations situations growth one spouses. To conduct study, we used: questionnaire "Communication family" (Yu.E. Alyoshina, L.Ya. Gozman, E.M. Dubovskaya), methodology "Role expectations claims marriage" (A.N. Volkova), "Distribution roles a test satisfaction with marriage (V.V. Stolin, G.P. Butenko, T.L. Romanova, Faculty Psychology, Moscow State University), method "Life Line" Golovakha E.I., Kronik A.A., adapted for purposes - measuring attitudes growth, methods qualitative quantitative data processing were also used. sample represented by group men women aged 35 40 years, number 12 people who have been married 10-15 years. Based on conducted research, it can be concluded that traditional families are not characterized high social activity, focus development both spouses, level trusting communication mutual understanding. As result correlation analysis, found there large correlations between various spheres family relations, success.
