Introduction. In recent years, digitalization has been actively developing in the system of professional education and takes an important role UNESCO strategy related to culture, science education. The learning process digital educational environment is being transformed, a new level quality acquired. sustainable development systems students actualizes improvement environment, which are developed within framework didactics purpose study identify features implementation interactive didactic support for distance format. Materials methods. accordance with statements activity, information approaches, author's questionnaire developed. survey involved 100 first- second-year Moscow State Educational Complex studying field "Network administration". age respondents from 17 20 among 30% women. was conducted using Google Forms tool. involvement activities conditions traditional formats studied at first stage. At second stage, preference choice forms revealed: face-to-face consultations according schedule, group chat teacher, video conferences ability ask questions, simulators practicing problem solving methods, short lectures. Respondents were asked rank three five proposed items order importance. Results. Distance format chosen by 46% respondents, mixed – 54%. Most (60%) indicated that they use other sources process. Among support, it revealed prefer teacher (average position score 1st year 2.05, 2nd 2.15), (1.2 1.75 points, respectively) videoconferencing questions (1.65 1.2 points).
