В статье осуществляется попытка анализа масштаба распространения современной информации с помощью коммуникационных технологий. Рассматривается платформа Телеграм — мобильное приложение, которое работает по принципу «облачных» Исследователями изучаются возможности облачного Телеграм, которого создаются Телеграм-каналы, в которых публикуются новости о жизни общества. Выявляется аудитория пользователей мессенджера описываются маркеры участников сообщества. Авторами уделяется внимание фальшивой информации, которая формируется и запускается целенаправленно для искаженного представления у интернета текущего положения дел муниципалитетах, регионе стране. Отмечается важность участия политических СМИ, органов власти формировании достоверной новостной повестки. Ложная информация может приводить к процессам отчуждения обществе, тревожным ожиданиям, утрате социального оптимизма, запуску механизма деконструкции государственных структур социальных связей.
