The authors of this study want to analyze organizational purpose while focusing on the adoption hybrid project management (HPM) methodology in FinTech system development. In today’s technological revolution, the use of mobile wallet (m-wallet) in monetary transactions has become increasingly popular. its adoption Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Theory, this study aimed to measure impacts relative advantage, security considerations, ease use, favourable infrastructure, touch-free transactions, aesthetics and enjoyment on m-wallet intention Saudi Arabia. This also mediate perceived values user demographics (age gender) as moderators proposed research model. A questionnaire was distributed among citizens 201 full responses were returned. The results showed that factors considerations had positive while effort, infrastructure conditions, no use. Furthermore, relationship between fully mediated by value but did not any other examined.
