Abstract Prostaglandins are synthesized from arachidonic acid through the catalytic activities of cyclooxygenase, while production different prostaglandin types, F2 alpha (PGF) and E2 (PGE), regulated by specific synthases (PGFS PGES). Prostaglandin ligands (PGF PGE) bind to high‐affinity receptors initiate biologically distinct signalling pathways. In ovaries, prostaglandins known be important endocrine regulators female reproduction, in addition maintaining local function autocrine and/or paracrine effect. Many research groups animal species have already identified a variety factors molecular mechanisms that responsible for regulation functions. addition, stimulate their intrafollicular intraluteal via pathway self‐regulation ovary. Therefore, objective review article is discuss recent findings about patterns PGF PGE during physiological stages ovarian domestic ruminants, especially bovine. conclusion, discussed ovary may further methodological approaches, final follicle maturation ovulation, as well corpus luteum formation function.

Introduction: Hypertension is a well-known risk factor for aneurysms, as high blood pressure can worsen the development and rupture of aneurysms. Ginsenoside, derived from ginseng widely used in traditional herbal medicine, believed to have antihypertensive properties. Recent research has also shown connection between gut microbiota various diseases, including hypertension. However, relationship ginsenosides, microbiota, pressure, intracranial aneurysms needs further exploration. Methods: In this study, rat model was investigate effects ginsenosides on both arteries. Comparative analysis conducted, 16S rRNA sequencing employed identify marker genera within microbiota. Metabolites were analyzed uncover potential mediators regulation. Results Discussion: The results study revealed that particularly ginsenoside Rb1, demonstrated positive reducing rats. Furthermore, showed certain genera, Clostridium , Roseburia Ruminococcus Treponema significantly influenced by treatment. Several metabolites, such behenic acid, N-Acetylserotonin, Prostaglandin F2a, Vitamin D2, detected, all which play role regulating pressure. These findings provide valuable insights into benefits hypertension atheroma development. they suggest possible link Further needed fully understand mechanisms underlying these determine clinical implications treating aneurysm

Bimatoprost is a prostaglandin analog used in cosmetic products designed to stimulate hair growth, including eyebrows. However, limited study-based evidence confirming its efficacy, safety, and patient satisfaction available. The aim of this study was investigate whether, what extent, bimatoprost affects the density length eyebrow young women comparison sweet almond oil. group included 27 healthy who preparation once daily for 5 weeks then crossed over use oil weeks. preparation, oil, improved (70% vs. 30%; p = 0.003) elongation (59% 26%; 0.014), but not hydration 89%; 0.001) darkness (22% 11%; 0.278). comfort comparable both preparations (63% 67%; 0.996), treatment significantly higher with (66% 22%; < 0.001). All reported adverse events were minor, transient, resolved spontaneously. We conclude that more effective than improving hair, similar level safety. Therefore, can be considered an ingredient cosmetics enhance growth; however, further larger studies extended follow-ups are needed.

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is associated with multiple physiological abnormalities. Current laboratory and clinical evidence most commonly report mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, immunological imbalance in almost every cell type of the body. The present work aims to evaluate oxygen consumption rate (OCR), extracellular acidification (ECAR), inflammation-related molecules such as Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), chitinase 3-like protein 1 (YKL-40), Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β), Interleukin-9 (IL-9) ASD children without regression compared healthy controls. Children (n = 56) typically developing (TDC, n 12) aged 1.11 11 years were studied. Mitochondrial activity was examined peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) isolated from control group, using a metabolic analyzer. Gene levels IL-1β, IL-9, COX-2, YKL-40 investigated parallel. Our results showed that PBMCs subgroup regressed patients (ASD R(+), 21) had specific pattern significantly increased maximal respiration, respiratory spare capacity, proton leak non-regressed group R(-), 35) TDC. Furthermore, we found an studied proinflammatory R(-) proving involvement inflammatory changes. this study provide new for bioenergetic profiles immune elevated ASD. For first time, data on unique profile R(+) its comparison random similar age sex are provided. show dysfunction more significant while inflammation pronounced. Probably, regression, mechanisms (immune dysregulation, leading inflammation) begin initially, at later stage also affected under exogenous factors. On other hand, initial damage mitochondria, perhaps involved.
