In previous research, we reported the isolation of endophytic fungi from sungkai leaves (Peronema canescens) and pure compounds accompanied by antioxidant antibacterial activities. The development drugs natural ingredients is often effective at high concentrations. This can lead to adverse side effects caused higher concentrations a single ingredient. This limitation be overcome using combination extracts/compounds which allows for synergistic interactions with strong bioactivity fairly low concentrations. It was discovered that mixtures bioactive substances were more likely prevent illness than active molecules. The purpose this study examine interaction between fungus isolated (P.canescens) purified chemicals have significant activity.Providing fungal extracts carried out re-isolating eight leaves, morphological characterization, cultivation extraction.Isolation surface sterilization method, characterization microscopic macroscopic techniques, extraction maceration method.Isolation column chromatography method analysis NMR spectroscopy. However, used five taken stock compounds. Each extract (PD1-PD8) compound (C1-C5) tested activity disc diffusion four test bacteria, namely, E. coli, S. typhi, B. subtilis, aureus.Next, two three component blends in 1:1 ratio determined. The best PD4+PD5+PD8 comes an additive effect C1+C2 effect. The occur PD1+PD2 C3+C4 apparently as alternative formula compared or compound. Thus, expected help avoid undesirable due doses need proven vivo tests.

An essential oil from fragrant lemongrass plants ( Cymbopogon nardus L) or citronella has many health benefits. The main components contained in are citronellol, geraniol and citronellal. Isopulegyl acetate is one byproduct of citronellal acetylation. objective this research was to determine the catalytic activity Ni-Co Metal Impregnated Hierarchical Zeolite acetylation reaction with acetic anhydride its potential used for antimicrobial, antifungal antioxidants activities. morphological characterization modified-naturals zeolite analyzed by X-Ray Diffraction- Surface Area Analyzer SEM see structure enhancing function as heterogeneous catalysts. Synthesized isopulegyl made citronela that ATR-FTIR GCMS confirmed produced valids. In Vitro evaluation done show it concluded there no significant acetate. results antimicrobial synthesized compound shown such an effective agent due ability eliminate staphylococcus aureus, decent inhibit development candida albicans.

Searching for medicinal raw materials derived from the isolation of secondary metabolite compounds is still being carried out to cure a range illnesses, including infections and degenerative diseases caused by bacteria free radicals. This research used endophytic fungi extract twig Syzygium malaccense. The diffusion method was antibacterial activity 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) antioxidant activity. Chemical compound identified using NMR spectroscopic method. found 5 isolate S. malaccense (YR1 – YR5). Strong were showed YR5. Based on molecular identification, YR5 Fusarium verticillioides. Pure prodeced F. verticilloides naphthalene (3-methoxy-7 methylnaphthalene-1,6-diol). finding can be as basis drug development.
