previous
research,
we
reported
the
isolation
of
endophytic
fungi
from
sungkai
leaves
(Peronema
canescens)
and
pure
compounds
accompanied
by
antioxidant
antibacterial
activities.The
development
drugs
natural
ingredients
is
often
effective
at
high
concentrations.This
can
lead
to
adverse
side
effects
caused
higher
concentrations
a
single
ingredient.This
limitation
be
overcome
using
combination
extracts/compounds
which
allows
for
synergistic
interactions
with
strong
bioactivity
fairly
low
concentrations.It
was
discovered
that
mixtures
bioactive
substances
were
more
likely
prevent
illness
than
active
molecules.The
purpose
this
study
examine
interaction
between
fungus
isolated
(P.canescens)
purified
chemicals
have
significant
activity.Providing
fungal
extracts
carried
out
re-isolating
eight
leaves,

characterization,
