Abstract Cerium‐doped SrTiO 3 ceramics (Sr 1‐3 x /2 Ce TiO , = 0, 0.005, 0.0075, 0.01, 0.0125, and 0.015) were prepared by a burying sintering process. The sample with 0.0075 exhibits colossal permittivity (∼ 21,000) ultra‐low dielectric loss 0.0073) at room temperature (at 1 kHz). Furthermore, the maintains high ( ε ′ ≥ 15,000) low (tan δ ≤ 0.018) in wide range (−60°C to 250°C). X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy electron paramagnetic resonance indicate coexistence of 3+ Ti . According equation synergetic effects from defect dipoles interfacial polarization are responsible for observed high‐performance giant behaviors pronounced stability ultralow tanδ. under different DC biases evidence minor contribution reflect dominant dipoles. properties mainly influenced oxygen vacancy clusters ((Ti − ) )). excellent thermal is also attributed pinning effect charged defects which prohibit long‐range movement free carries. obtained ‐based high‐frequency/temperature stabilities suitable application single‐layer ceramic capacitors.
