Recognizing that access to safe and healthy working conditions is a human right, the World Health Organization (WHO) calls for specific occupational safety health (OSH) programs workers (HWs). The WHO systems' building blocks, International Labour (ILO), highlight importance of information as part effective systems. This study examined how OSH stakeholders access, use, value an system (OHIS). A cross-sectional survey was conducted larger quasi experimental in four teaching hospitals. hospitals participants were purposefully selected data collected using modified questionnaire with both closed open-ended questions. Quantitative analysis themes identified qualitative analysis. Ethics approval provided by University Pretoria British Columbia. There 71 comprised hospital managers, representatives, trade unions representatives professionals. At least 42% reported poor accessibility timeliness OHIS decision-making. Only 50% had computers 27% computer skills. When existing, poorly organized needed upgrades, 85% reporting need significant reforms. 45% use decision-making their role. Given gap utilization protect worker's rights workplace, more attention warranted development well education training South Africa beyond.
